Dear CoVid19 Country Lock-down diary - Day 7




She's ugly from heart to foot. She's a virus.
All surfaces from her bitterness into her ever insecurities, making its way up to her face which can't be reclaimed. 
An ugliness recalled then but by far she's even uglier now. She seeks headlines at all expense, building on a back-foot and on her back side of light. She's a virus. One that can't really be, be seen or be accepted by nature of  humanly things.
Toxic herself, she has no other grip than to be ugly, seeking self approval from numbers and through her ugly narrative. 
She's a virus at the core of her green heart finding a way to a place only she desires. Knowing little meaning of respect or decency except for her virus self.

A particular family started a reality show and essentially from a rather compromised position (pun intended). It was not anything I quite wanted to understand. Dear CoVid19 Country Lock-down diary - Day 5 I woke up reflective but relatively OK with the state of things. I enjoyed some music, which as you know, for me is another of my love languages.. and universally a tool known to connect people. I have been consuming the news and updates at intervals instead of listening attentively throughout the day. It's just easier for me this way. I get to understand where things are without becoming too overcome or overwhelmed by the status of this virus with its gross impact.  I got to do a few things and, while I am clear about whose opinions I listen to these days, I then received a call from a significant person whose opinion matters to me. Post the conversation I felt, what if -   even with money and access, just what if we no longer have supplies because of global shortages? What if "life" decides money isn't the deciding factor any longer? Anyway all these questions. Let's just pray and work howe...

Aging well

Firstly, I think to age well requires sound stress management through life's stresses. This could be in lifestyle choices pertaining to excercise and diet,  mindfulness practices and then interventions like advanced vitamin cocktails intravenously taken. I'm such a fan of but toned the iv drips down recently, upped my water intake again but am yet to get back into my hour run.  I drink less coffee and decided to be kinder to my body in doing so. I mean 7cups a day! Diet still remains the fastest way to affect your mood and to eat a home cooked meal that's made with good ingredients,  even in a basic meal, matters most. I don't think you can go wrong with keeping the stuff you like on your plate but to what extent will that add value is to be asked if the frequency is daily. Mind matters like community engagement, group based games or crosswords still help with brain related matters but let me leave that to Andrew Huberman labs to speak further to. I'm reminded of ho...
